Description
MAIN TASKS:
Ø Updating Hiring forms of new joiners and ensuring that employee ids are generated before the candidate joins
Ø Managing database related to contract resource and regular updation of the database – manage extensions of contract staff
Ø Invoice management – Salaries and re-imbursements of contract staff, Recruitment related expenses etc.
Personal File management – Ensure all employee files of new joinees are completed on time
