• Work on financial risk projects
• Work and contribute to product development initiatives in the risk domain
• Understand customers requirements & business problem and suggest possible solutions
• Develop design based on requirements
• Work with the team in Pune and Cary to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables
• Work independently and deliver analytical projects with little or minimal supervisions

• Strong analytics/stats/OR background
• Good working knowledge of SAS/SPSS/R or any other statistical software’s
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should have worked on at least one implementation experience in market risk area
• Should have used instrument pricing softwares like Fincad, INTEX, Mathworks, Algorithmics, Numerix etc.
• Should have a very good understanding of market risk
• Strong knowledge of instrument pricing e.g. bonds, derivatives, structured products etc
• MS or MTech in Industrial Engineering., Operation Research, mathematics, statistics and financial engineering.
• FRM/PRM/CAIA certification a must
