We are looking for an entry level QA Engineer who will work with existing Checkpoint QA Team members and work as a team to verify & validate the Checkpoint product releases year over year.

Essential Responsibilities (Specific day-to-day responsibilities and milestones needed to achieve the objectives):
- Testing the Checkpoint product.
- Work with QA team members, development team and project managers to understand requirements for new application development and improvements to existing application.
- Test the functional aspect of Checkpoint application as per the requirement.
- Work on existing automation framework as built up on Selenium and QTP and automate the Checkpoint features.

REQUIRED Skills and Experience (must have) (include associated number of years):

 0.5 to 1.5 year of work experience in both manual and automation Software Testing.

 Hand on experience on Functional Automation on any well known industry tool is desired.

 Thorough hands on web based manual testing concepts.

 Minimum 6 months to 1 year programming experience on C#/ Java/ or any Scripting Language.

 Fluent communication skills

 Strong aptitude & logical reasoning skills.

PREFERRED Skills and Experience (nice to have) (include associated number of years):
- Primary OS environment is Microsoft Windows with some UNIX as well
- TFS experience.
- MS Office experience.

Education / Certifications (Specific degrees and/or certifications required or preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
